This residency supports writers who demonstrate a unique commitment to their craft who are not yet published by a major outlet. Writers aged 45+ will be prioritized in the selection process.
This year the Cheswatyr Residency is being offered to an established group of musicians who have experience recording​, and are prepared to record an EP or full album. This program includes a paid concert at a local venue.
This retreat is offered to three artists, each from a different creative discipline. We encourage artists of all disciplines to apply (visual artists, writers, musicians, composers, jewelry makers, graphic artists, animators, and more).
