ABOUT

The purpose of this retreat is to offer musicians space and uninterupted, concentrated time to rehearse in LGA's rustic barn studio. This retreat is a good fit for groups currently preparing for a tour, concert, recording, etc.

​

The Rehearsal Retreat is also a good fit for performing artists seeking space and time to work on a project with collaborators. 

​

LGA can accomodate bands or groups with up to three people.

Artists will have acess to rehearse in the LGA barn- an unfinished, rustic and majestic space. 

Please note: There is NO piano in the barn. There is a spinnet piano in the Farmhouse. 

Recording is not offered for this residency.

SESSION SCHEDULE 

July 30- August 3, 2024

 

Hospitality 

Your retreat includes: A private bedroom in the Farm House (with a shared bathroom), three meals a day prepared by the host, and self-directed rechearsal time in the rustic barn studio. There is high speed fiber optic internet in the Farm House. The barn has no wi-fi or cell reception.

HONORARIUM

The group attending will be offered a $500 honorarium.
